Cases related to altercations between Justin Bieber and his neighbors have been rejected by the Los Angeles County District Attorney. It indicates that his legal woes have been slashed.
Now, the teen heart-throb is not going to face further action on charges that he spat on a neighbor during a heated dispute. He is also free from answering the allegations that he was speeding recklessly near his home in Calabasas, California.
The former case was thrown by the District Attorney insisting that it was one person’s word against another and Justin denied the spitting incident.
It has been reported that the singer used abusive language during an altercation. It has been ruled by the investigators that the action of the singer were disproportionate and immature, but since the neighbor had entered the property without invitation, it has been proved that Bieber’s actions did not rise to the level of a criminal threat.
As far as speeding case in concerned, the video of the alleged incident was checked by the District Attorney and it was determined that Bieber was not even in the Ferrari that has been charged for speeding around his neighborhood. He was riding behind the sports car on a motorcycle.
